Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead detailed engineering of thermal plant systems
• Coordinate procurement and contractor supervision
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards
• Prepare project status reports for management

Required Knowledge & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3–5 years in power plant projects
• Knowledge of CCS/emission control systems is a plus
• Strong project management skills

Research and develop scalable green hydrogen production processes from biomass and bio-resources.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct R&D on biomass-to-hydrogen conversion processes
• Prototype and pilot testing of hydrogen production systems
• Publish research findings and technical documentation
• Collaborate with engineering teams on plant design

Required Knowledge & Skills

• M.Tech / Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Experience in hydrogen production or bio-energy
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Publications in peer-reviewed journals preferred

• Build relationships with government, PSUs, and private clients
• Prepare proposals and presentations for project bids
• Achieve revenue targets and expand market presence

• MBA in Marketing/Business Administration
• 5+ years in energy sector sales
• Strong network in power/infrastructure sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
